Spinning Dreams Farm has a selection of seconds available for felting. The fiber is the portion outside of the coated area on the cormo sheep and portions of the wool outside the blanket area on the Olde English Babydoll Southdowns and alpacas.
The cormo and southdown wool is considered fast felting. The raw fiber has excessively dirty portions removed. It will work great for felting but is not suitable for hand spinning. $12 per pound. |
